I have served the settlement industry since 1994, spending the first 12 years working in and managing the settlement agency for WA’s largest independent land developer.

In 2006 I commenced PGCWA, a boutique settlement agency based in Stirling. PGCWA offers a high level of professional service not only to clients but also to referral bases, to ensure total satisfaction for all parties.

I have found over the years that if our clients are happy with the whole process, from securing finance, finding their property, dealing with their real estate agent, to settlement, they come back again and again, often referring family and friends.
